Gleann Gheallaidh is a long, wide, windswept glen on the south-western edge of the Carngorms.

This video shows the glen on the 9th of September 2008, a little upstream from Ruighe Ealasaid (Elizabeth's shiel), on a day of low cloud, and steady wind from the west, driving bands of light rain before it, that made the glen feel as empty, and bleak as you'd ever want it to feel.
